Rockin Wellness has been in business since 2011. We have hundreds and hundreds of loyal customers who depend on our products for their daily nutrition. So being that it is so widely used, there are many times that we unexpectedly sell out. As we cannot fully predict the buying habits of both old and new customers. And these bursts in orders can lead to a product selling out.
As soon as we see this approaching with low inventory, we start ordering ingredients for our next batch. We cannot control the shipping and transit times, and sometimes all it takes is an ingredient to be delayed, and then our whole production schedule is thrown off. All our batches are lab-tested before bagging to make sure each batch is up to our high standards. Each step takes time. We cannot rush the process.
We keep the out-of-stock pages on our website active to allow for orders to be placed during this production time. The reason why, is that we get so many orders, and we ship in the order the product orders come in. The catching up of shipping out can take serval days. So placing an order puts you higher up in the cue for shipping, and you don't need to "remember" to visit our site to place an order a few days later...Many times we will "split" an order, so if you ordered multiple items, we ship out what we have in stock. If there will be a production time longer than 7-10 business days, we will send out emails altering you to this with the option to stay in cue, cancel or replace a product with something different.
