SHIPPING DAYS & TIMES

•. Rockin Wellness generally ships out orders Monday - Thursday via Fed Ex or USPS

•. Fridays, Weekends and holidays we do not ship out and occasionally may be closed due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

•  Our shipping department generally starts packing the orders at 6 am and packages get picked up about 1pm

•. Cancelations or changes on the "day of" may not always be able to be canceled or changed.

•. Subscriptions send out reminders of an upcoming charge a few days prior to allow for changes
