How to unsubscribe from Email Newsletter

As a Rockin' Wellness customer, you will receive emails about bi-weekly newsletters, billing, feedback surveys, marketing, and important notices when necessary. If you would like to subscribe or unsubscribe from any of our optional communications,  you can do so by following these steps:

1. Open any email you have received from Rockin' Wellness
2. Click on the "Unsubscribe" link located at the end of the email.
3. To unsubscribe from all lists, click on "Unsubscribe." If you want to edit the lists you are on, click "Manage Your Subscription and Profile" where it appears on the unsubscribe page and make the necessary changes.
4. Click Save or Unsubscribe to complete the process.
