Our Subscribe & Save Program offers you the ease of not having to remember to order Rockin' Wellness each time you run out
No commitments, no contracts, cancel or pause
The products are discounted off the regular MSRP of the 1-time orders.
The system AUTOMATICALLY charges your account on a set date each month or a certain amount of days - whichever you choose
Our system send out REMINDER emails a few days prior to the charge date.
Please use this time period to make any product adjustments, date changes, skips, cancels or pauses. We cannot guarantee that once an order is auto charged, we can retrieve the package from the pallet of already packed boxes from each day's worth of shipping.
If a return is needed to be done, Return shipping is the customer responsibility and a prior RA# approval must be gotten - email us at Support@rockinwellness.com
We ship Monday - Thursday only and not on Holidays
We have 3 frequency options for you:
- Once Every Month
- Once every 6 Weeks (1 and 1/2 months)
- Every other Month (once every 2 months)
You can cancel or place your account on hold for up to 12 months max, after that time period, your account is deactivated and any past pricing or coupon codes are deleted and account be deactivated and deleted - regardless of past orders, or time as a Rockin Wellness customer. If you wish to re-subscribe, you will need to make a new subscription.
Any subscription that is canceled for the reason "I no longer use this product" or "This is too expensive" will be deleted for that account. If you choose to order again, a new subscription with current pricing will be active
