We’re confident in the quality of our products, and think that you will love them just as much as the tens of thousands of people who have already tried Rockin’ Wellness Total Body supplements. If you bought numerous bags, and tried 1 and didn’t like the product, or if it’s just not a good fit for you, simply return it the other unopened bags.

Just contact customer service within 10 Days of receiving your products and we’ll give you your return instructions. You must ship back the UNOPENED products and we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method per bag price minus the cost of the original free shipping costs we incurred.

To get the speediest refund possible, please contact customer service before shipping back your return.

If your items are damaged or defective, please call and let us know and email customer service a photo/photos of the issue. We will instruct you to seal up the torn/ripped bag & ship it back to us and we will refund you for that via the method you paid once we receive it & have our team inspect it for quality issue - as we triple check ALL products before being packed & boxed up, to make sure there are no tears, hole or rips. Same with our study boxes we use from shipping. If we Determine damage was caused during transit via carrier, it will be up to the customer to place the claim,

Refunds will be given in according to what you actually paid for that order. Ex: You used a coupon code, your points,, etc and then divided accordingly to get the current bag value price for the return.

Any returns waiting longer than 30 days to make a claim will not be accepted. We fell this is more than enough time to fairly open a box, inspect it and if it is multiple items - be able to start using 1 bags. With enough time to determine if a return is necessary.

All merchandise is final sale unless damaged or defective. Our Returns Department will only accept pre-authorized returns packages within 30 days of purchase. Customer must call or email customer service (Support@RockinWellness.com or 1-855-876-2593) for return pre-approval. Customer Service will provide an RA form for the customer to fill out and email back prior to shipping their return. Return Shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility and tracking numbers are required to prevent loss and guarantee of delivery to our facility. Refund of purchase price of returned bags is given after item is returned and inspected. Refunds submitted in the original payment method(PayPal or credit/debit card). Refunded payment processing time varies, and is controlled by the card issuing bank/PayPal. Refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any Discount. Returned shipments must be received no later than 60 days from the date of purchase in order to process a refund.
